CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA
2161 Hawkins is a luxury residential high-rise along the LYNX Light Rail and Rail Trail in Charlotte’s South End, adjacent to The Line, Portman’s new luxury office tower. The campus will be connected by the sky bridge and a new shared public plaza with greenspace to be activated by community events.

2545 Brockton
AUSTIN, TEXAS
2545 Brockton is an office, residential, and retail development located in Austin’s The Domain neighborhood. The project will deliver a pedestrian-focused ground floor amenity base adjacent to the FC Austin Stadium as a destination for Northwest Austin. Eleven North is a redevelopment in Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood. This site is adjacent to Downtown Nashville and has direct access to the Gulch Greenway trail and park amenities. Located directly adjacent to Asurion’s HQ campus and Amazon’s new towers, the project will provide a critical link between 10th Ave and MLK Blvd and Church Street and the south Gulch.
Magnolia

Magnolia is situated in the Neck area of the upper peninsula of Charleston accessible by King Street and downtown.
